- 1 One day, Sahng-jeh-nim summoned spirits by drawing talismans on paper and burning them.
- 2 When spirits from a particular nation arrived, Sahng-jeh-nim spoke the language of that nation. When spirits from heaven came, He spoke the language of heaven.
- 3 When conducting the affairs of heaven, He would also speak in the language of heaven, or write in the language of heaven and burn the paper.
- 6 Sahng-jeh-nim once said to Ho-yun, “I am doing the work of heaven and earth. That is why I like to travel around. I must see everything with My own eyes.”
