- A Man Who Curses at Sahng-jeh-nim
- 1 When Sahng-jeh-nim was staying in Chung-doh-wun Village, a young man living there often cursed at Him.
- 2 One day, the young man came pleading that his head was in so much pain it felt as if it were breaking apart. Kneeling down in front of Sahng-jeh-nim, he begged for relief.
- 3 Sahng-jeh-nim said, “Mind how you speak from now on. Go home, wash your face, and sleep a while. Then, you will be cured.”
- 4 The young man did this and indeed recovered. From then on, he treated Sahng-jeh-nim with utmost respect.
