- Sahng-jeh-nim Resolves the Sacred Father’s Transgressions
- 1 Sahng-jeh-nim said to the Sacred Father, “Without leaving anything out, please list the misdeeds you have committed throughout your life.”
- 2 The Sacred Father listed his wrongdoings one by one and gave the list to Sahng-jeh-nim through Yu Chil-lyohng.
- 3 Sahng-jeh-nim examined the list and then burned it, saying, “Though his misdeeds have been undone, he should continue to weave straw sandals.”
- 4 The Sacred Father wove straw sandals for eight years, until 1912.
