- Straightening a Young Man’s Legs
- 1 In Hwey-pyung Village, a miner in his late teens had his legs crushed by a large rock. His torn muscles grew stiff and eventually he could not bend or straighten his shrivelled legs.
- 2 He came to Sahng-jeh-nim and begged to be healed. Sahng-jeh-nim said, “If tears are caused to flow from someone’s eyes, blood will flow from Mine.”
- 3 He continued, “Try to jump. This will give your bloodstream and joints a jolt.” The young man jumped once. His twisted legs straightened out and could move freely again.
