- Gim Gyung-hahk Sees Sahng-jeh-nim in Heaven
- 1 When Gim Gyung-hahk was an Eastern Learning adherent, he meditated with the Shee-chun-ju Mantra for three months.
- 2 During that time, he had a dream in which he went to heaven and was granted an audience with the Lord of Heaven.
- 3 One day, Jeung-san Sahng-jeh-nim arrived at Gyung-hahk’s house and asked him, “What was the best dream you ever had?”
- 4 Gyung-hahk spoke of the dream in which he had seen the Lord of Heaven on His throne, then said, “Teacher, now I realize Your appearance is exactly the same as His.”
- 5 Sahng-jeh-nim announced in the presence of many of His disciples, “I am Ohk-hwahng Sahng-jeh.”
