- A Journey to Dae-heung Village
- 1 On November 28, Sahng-jeh-nim intended to leave Gu-rit-gohl Village with Gohng-ooh for Gyung-suk’s house in Dae-heung Village.
- 2 But on the same day, Gyung-suk’s brother, Yoon-gyung, was coming to tell Sahng-jeh-nim
- 3 that Su-bu-nim was suffering from an eye disease and Gyung-suk’s eldest son, Hee-nahm, was sick in bed.
- 4 When Yoon-gyung arrived, he found Ja-hyun, Gwahng-chahn, and about ten other disciples waiting for him at the entrance of the village. They asked him why he had come.
- 5 After he told them the reason, one of them explained, “This morning, our Teacher said you would come from Dae-heung Village. That is why we were waiting for you here.”
- 6 Yoon-gyung went directly to Gim Ja-sun’s house to see Sahng-jeh-nim and inform Him about Su-bu-nim’s distress from Her eye disease.
- 17 Two days later, as Sahng-jeh-nim, Yoon-gyung, and Ja-sun set out for Dae-heung Village, Sahng-jeh-nim said, “Let us stop by Baek-ahm Village.”
