- 1 On June 5, 1927, So Eun-sup, who had been recently initiated, came from Gohk-chun Village to see Tae-mo-nim for the first time.
- 2 Tae-mo-nim asked, “Will you meditate for the rest of your life?”
- 3 “I am determined to,” he replied, “but a digestive disorder that I have had for many years interferes with my practice.”
- 4 “I am already aware of your problem. Meditate in earnest and see what happens.” He returned home, and in a few days his problem disappeared.
