- A Man Is Cured of Leprosy
- 1 On March 20, 1928, Yu Il-tae came to Tae-mo-nim and said,
- 2 “Hohng Johng-baek, who has always believed with one mind, has been suffering from leprosy for about ten years. No medicine has helped. Though I have tried to heal him, it has had no effect. Please take pity on him and cure the disease.”
- 3 “Why did you try to heal such a disease?” She replied, laughing. “You and he should just conduct a chee-sung with a big offering to heaven and earth and pray sincerely.”
- 4 Il-tae did as he was told, and Johng-baek continued to pray and chant with one mind. The disease soon went away.
