- 1 “There are three levels in the study of My dao.
- 2 People at the upper level will achieve dao and attain perfect dao mastery, allowing them to conduct all matters at will.
- 3 At the middle level, people will possess the ability, though limited, to change human affairs.
- 4 At the lower level, people will possess the knowledge of all things, but will not have the ability to change human affairs.
- 5 In the past, there were those who possessed the knowledge of all things, but could not change human affairs. They could not bring about all things at will.
- 6 In the coming world, people will be naturally aware of their roles so that they can carry them out.”
