• Measuring the Land
  • One day, Sahng-jeh-nim jumped into the air and leapt from rooftop to rooftop. He then leapt from mountain top to mountain top, and at the summit of each mountain, He judged the distance between the mountains with His hand.
  • On one mountain, He drove in a stake and marked it with a piece of string. He jumped down to the ground below the mountain and drove in another stake and marked that with string as well.
  • Again, He jumped onto the mountain and then back to the ground, this time reaching much farther than where He had placed the second stake.
  • He went back to the stake, stood on it, and again jumped toward the mountain.
  • He flew into the air, rose up the mountain, and landed beyond where He had placed the first stake.
  • After finishing this work of renewal, Sahng-jeh-nim said, “In My world, land will be measured in detail, and all land in the entire world will be known to people as though they could see it directly in front of them.”
