- 1 One day, a woman who had a child from an extramarital affair came with her child to where Tae-mo-nim was staying.
- 2 Seeing the child toddle around the yard, Tae-mo-nim said, “Hey, you! Why have you come wearing the wrong clothes?”
- 3 She turned the child toward her and loudly asked, “Hey, where has your father gone?” Hearing this, the mother was surprised and came running.
- 4 With the mother standing in front of her, Tae-mo-nim said, “Who is this child’s father?” The mother’s face turned ghostly pale, and she was unable to speak.
- 5 Tae-mo-nim simply said, “Set straight the origin.”
