- 4 In Geum-book Village of Jung-eup County, Sahng-jeh-nim passed by a ramie field.
- 5 The farmers were resting by the side of the field, and, strangely, the stalks of the ramie plants had no leaves.
- 6 Sahng-jeh-nim asked the farmers about it, and the owner answered, “This is the worst insect damage ever.”
- 7 Sahng-jeh-nim felt sympathy for them and said, “I will get rid of this infestation. Do not worry any more.”
- 8 He then whistled three times toward the north. Suddenly, thousands of birds gathered and pecked away at the insects.
- 9 After this, the ramie leaves grew more abundantly than in previous years, and the crop yielded a great harvest.
