- Blessings Begin Again
- 6 Sahng-jeh-nim’s father, the Sacred Father, lived in poverty, and the disciples sometimes gave him money or food. Whenever they did this, Sahng-jeh-nim would rebuke them severely and give the gifts to the poor.
- 7 When disciples asked why, Sahng-jeh-nim explained, “This is the time of a new beginning in which blessings from heaven begin again; thus, I am setting an example. I am performing an act of great filial piety.”
